I used a DSCR loan to buy my first short-term rental condo in Orange Beach, Alabama and had a great experience with Tom Kalagher. Didn’t know much about DSCR loans going in, but not having to provide tax returns or the usual income documents made buying an investment property a lot more straightforward than expected. Tom explained everything well and his communication was great. Honestly, it was some of the best response times seen compared to previous dealings with lenders, usually getting back to me within a few hours. Overall, couldn’t have asked for a smoother first experience buying a vacation rental and would highly recommend Tom Kalagher.
